Refund Policy

Cancellation, Return & Refund Guidelines

The store encourages customers to review this policy before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Approved cancellations are subject to a processing deduction.

Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned with original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued after item inspection and approval. Refunds apply only to eligible cases, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchange Policy
Lost shipments caused by carrier error may be replaced. Replacement costs for customer-provided errors are not covered.

Non-Refundable Cases
In-transit orders, custom items, pre-orders, confirmed deliveries, and unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds.
